MandaGawa.ph is the official online job application platform for Persons with Disabilities in Mandaluyong City, operated by the Persons with Disabilities Affairs Division (PDAD) of LGU Mandaluyong.

Why we built it

Persons with Disabilities in Mandaluyong face fragmented job platforms, limited localized opportunities, and few channels that connect them with employers who are ready to provide accommodations.

Employers face a parallel challenge: difficulty reaching qualified PWD applicants and limited venues to promote inclusive hiring. MandaGawa centralizes registration, validation, posting, and application — giving PDAD the visibility to support employment outcomes city-wide.
